1. Leaky faucets: ensure no faucets leaks
2. Dirty or stained broadloom (installed carpets)
3. Laminate flooring with gaps or spaces
4. Broken ceramic tiles
5. Aluminum wiring will often result in an electrical safety inspection being done, so you 6. may want to have one done prior to listing your house
7. Bad paint jobs
8. Damaged wall(s)/drywall
