” My wife and I were faced with selling my 94 year old aunt’s home from 1966 who was moving to a retirement home. My aunt and her late husband were shoppers and hoarders so the house was dated and filled to the rafters and to make matters worse we did not live in the same city so it was a distance to travel. Debbie and Alison were referred by a friend of my Aunt’s but we also wanted to interview other agents who had flyers and sold homes in the area. Debbie met with us and my Aunt and her knowledge and experience spoke volumes. She came prepared with a very comprehensive presentation of the local real estate market that fully supported her suggestions of a listing price. Our meeting with other agent (actually a two agent partnership) was in stark contrast to ur meeting with Debbie. They were pushy and merely wrote down a suggested list price on slip of paper, simply stating that they knew what’s best because they had sold so many houses in the area. Their price was lower than Debbie’s listing price and they said “staging” was not necessary. We were not impressed. We immediately knew that Debbie was the right agent for us.
We left furniture that Debbie recommended and the Wilding Team brought in bedding, pillows, lamps, artwork to add that touch that this old home needed. The house was SOLD for 10 % over asking (which was what she had predicted) within two weeks of listing. We were blown away because the house was in terrible condition-everything original and completely out dated.
We highly recommend The Wilding Team because even after the accepted offer they kept working to sell stuff in the house for us, in the workshop, looked after the house when it was vacant and right up to closing. THANKS!”

Our first interaction was informative with all aspects of the sale patiently and professionally explained. “I highly recommend Debbie Wilding as your Real Estate Agent. I will explain below why I ardently believe this.
As Executor to my mother’s estate, I was fearful of selling her house, on behalf of my family. The first step I had to do as Executor was to apply for probate, and for this, I needed and “Opinion of Value Letter” stating the estimated value of the house. The first few Real Estate agents I called had no idea what an “Opinion Letter” was. Debbie immediately knew what it was, and within a day, had provided a very detailed report for our lawyer, with many similar houses shown in it, to show how she had arrived a the value.
Once I had been officially appointed Executor, I hired Debbie to sell the house. She explained everything that would-be involved, and set my mind, and my family’s mind at ease for what I had believed would be a very daunting task. She handled the entire process with knowledge from her many years of experience, with great professionalism and with a very positive demeanor. They also staged the house with items they brought in, so that the photographs looked great on MLS. I feel this was above and beyond!
Debbie kept in touch on a regular basis throughout all the viewings, which were many. She was very attentive to any queries or concerns I had. The house actually sold for 11% over the listing price.
