The Wilding Team has a passion for real estate, and helping clients achieve their home buying goals with a combined total of 55 years in Real Estate.
Working for RE/MAX Realty Services Inc, The Wilding Team is dedicated to professionalism and always stays current to changes in both the market and industry. They take courses to improve their skills (list of courses available). They have extensive knowledge and experience in Brampton and Alison has been dedicated to learn the market where she lives now in Victoria Harbour and surrounding areas.

Meet Your Realtor® Alison
I was raised by Realtors, so this industry is practically ingrained in my DNA. I’m passionate about this career where I get to help families achieve their real estate goals throughout each period of their lives (for 17+ years). My knowledge, combined with patience, ensures that all my clients feel not just informed, but confident about their decisions.
In my free time, I spend time with my husband and pre-teen children, and the family’s cat and senior dog. When not working, or at home, I’m either shuffling kids to lacrosse, I’m out in the community volunteering or helping with the school council and fundraisers.
Giving back to the community is important to us here at The Wilding Team, which is why a portion of each sale is donated to Sick Kids (where my youngest has been a patient) through the Children’s Miracle Network and to The Canadian Cancer Society.
Meet your Realtor® Debbie
I have been a real estate professional for over 40 years, and that expertise has led to me being the mother hen in the office, as I consistently help new realtors find their footing (and I learn new technologies alongside them). A large chunk of my current business is repeat clients and referrals, which my client friends are happy to do after I go above and beyond for them in helping them reach their goals.
With so much time in the industry, I have a large network of professionals that I work with, including bona fide trades people. I bring that expertise to my clients, in addition to home staging and the in-depth market knowledge that comes from decades in the industry.
I have been married for over 50 years, and have a family that includes two daughters, four grandkids, and multiple fur-baby grandkids. I’ve been a community volunteer for decades, including fundraisers and the Girl Guides of Canada.
I strike up conversations everywhere I go, and I’d love to have a zero-pressure chat with you about any real estate questions you may have.
Education Completed
Real Estate Council Mandatory Update must be done every TWO years to renew a license. To gain more knowledge to better service our Sellers and Buyers The Wilding Team has also taken these courses. Knowledge is Power.
