Brampton Homes For Sale includes E section homes in South Bramalea.

The Wilding Team wants you to see this spacious detached  four level sidesplit home with a huge pie shaped lot that is perfect for children to play ball, run and just have fun.  The court location only has four homes and would be good for basketball or bike riding.  There is an interlock walkway up to the front door that is large enough for a couple of chairs or planters. plus a driveway that will accommodate five cars.  The home itself has a steel door entrance and a beveled glass insert with side panel.

Ground Level:

A front foyer should be large enough to greet your friends without having to back up and this one has plenty of room for an older home.  The ground level foyer leads to the main floor family room with hardwood floors, raised gas fireplace with a brick curved wall and lots of built in book shelves.  Definitely space for a growing family as there is plenty of room for a sectional couch, desk and a lovely three piece washroom with two person shower. This room has a door to the back yard lower deck so great when the kids have to come indoors to a washroom.  The owners changed this model when their family grew and converted part of the double garage into a master bedroom with another gas fireplace plus his and hers closet and nine foot ceilings. It looks like a hotel room. There is another exit to the back yard that would be perfect for an extended family or nanny but sorry there is no second kitchen.

Main Level:

The main level has also been renovated and the dining room was converted to an extension of the kitchen.  This kitchen is fabulous with white cabinets, extra pantry, floor to ceiling cabinets and pot drawers, a dark (real) wood butcher block counter that looks really sharp against the white cabinets and glass ceramic back splash.  A unique feature is the black sink with dark faucet. All appliances are included so you do not need to buy anything. The eating area has two extra storage cabinets with glass fronts to display your china nicely or kids trophies.   This family has enjoyed many dinners on the raised deck with cover, skylight and garden doors.  What a great yard!  There is also extra storage under the deck or in the newer shed and all this plus a fenced yard. Do you have a dog?

Upper Level:

Three bedrooms upstairs, perfect for a young family as well as the newly renovated bathroom (just to sell the house).   Modern grey tiles on the walls and a soaker tub, high vanity with white fixtures and water saving toilet.  Storage under sink as well as a small decorative shelf is a necessity with a large family. We all need space for our stuff.

Lowest level:

The basement level has a recreation room with above ground level windows for natural light, thick broadloom so it is warmer on the feet while you are watching television with your children.  This room is great for teenagers to have their own space for entertaining too.

UPGRADES:

Renovated kitchen and eating area with extra cabinets, steel front door, part of garage converted to master bedroom but still has large workshop for you guys.  Brick work was just replaced on chimney and main bathroom was renovated before listing home on MLS.

NOTE:  Alison and Debbie lived in this area for over 30 years and loved living here.  People are friendly, watch out for each others homes, help each other with things like snow shoveling, looking after your mail if you are away…it is a nice community.

The City of Brampton has so much to offer:  Gage Park and downtown Brampton has the Farmers Market in summer, concerts in the park, fine dining, the Rose Theater or venture to shop at the Bramalea City Centre Mall with all the great stores.  We have all the BIG BOX name stores and many smaller Mom and Pop type businesses too.   TRANSIT is by ZUM, GO Bus or GO Train (with 3 stations), Brampton Transit for local commuters, Hwys 410, 407 and easy access to major highways plus we are minutes from the Toronto International Airport for those who have to fly on business or pleasure.  Multiculturalism abounds here in Brampton with our diversity: East Indian, Italian, Portuguese, East Coasters, Scottish, Caribbean, European, South Americans and much more. This also means we have great diversity for restaurants too.  Awesome choice or you can to to the standard Chain Type Restaurants.

Schools and recreation centres are minutes away from every subdivision and we have so much to offer including Sheridan College and its huge addition.  We also have a state of the art newer hospital located at Bramalea Rd and Bovaird.  Lakes we have them too: Heart Lake Conservation with fishing, Loafers Lake and park with outdoor exercise equipment, Professor’s Lake with a sandy beach OR if getting out of the city into the country you can do that to in minutes.  Take a drive to Terra Cotta, Glen Williams and enjoy the Artisan buildings with all the crafts or have an ice cream cone and have a chat.  Take a picnic to the Credit River or hike the Canada Trail that goes through Caledon.  IT IS ALL UP TO YOU!

Bramalea South: This area was started over 50 years ago and it was a unique idea to help people get into affordable housing and come from the City of Toronto.  Many of the homes were sold in the A Section of Bramalea through a lottery system.  People put their name in and those whose names were drawn were able to buy a home with a low down payment (well by today’s standards it seems low but back then it was not to the Buyers).  The first subdivision that was started had ALL the streets start with the letter A.  Aloma, Autumn, Athlone, Argylle, Addington, etc.  You get the picture.  Then once that area was done the next new development started with streets with a B.  Then C, D, E, F, G, H…..skipped I and went on to J, L, M, N and P.  Then they stopped.  That is how many people refer to the area they live in as A Section, B Section etc.  The people from outside of Brampton always wonder what is up with the SECTIONS?   There are many schools and parks and bike trails in Bramalea and most of the trails are connecting so it makes for a nice family bike ride.  There is a renovated Earnscliffe Recreation Centre that is fabulous with pool, hockey arena, party rooms, exercise programs and much more plus tennis courts and it is all close to a park that has a hill for tobogganing in the winter.  French Immersion schools are even located in South Bramalea.
