24 Hanover Road is one of the many Brampton Homes for Sale offered by The Wilding Team:

First of all you can feel very confident that this is one of the best condominium buildings in the City of Brampton for cleanliness, upgrades, amenities, location and a well run property with a good reserve fund.  Buying a condo is not the same as buying a home.  You buy the unit and get the parking spots with the deed to the property but you get the use and the responsibility of the common elements.  These things have to be maintained just as you would care for a home with regular maintenance to maintain the integrity of the building for all to enjoy.  Some buildings have more to offer with facilities and you have to choose what you really want but keeping in mind that some day you will want to sell the unit and you want it to have the most things that appeal to more people.  YOU can walk to the Bramalea City Centre (indoor) mall and utilize the following transit system: ZUM, Brampton Transit, GO Bus, Vaughan Transit or head down to the GO TRAIN if you are going to Toronto.

 Building Amenities:

Building 22 and 24 are sister buildings with the same floor plans, same amenities and shared facilities all located on a landscaped property.  There is a gate house and they announce who is coming to your unit plus there is lots of visitor parking when they arrive.  Beautiful gardens in the summer greet you as you walk up the front walk way to the covered lobby entrance.  Once in the lobby you can see the quality of workmanship in this building and the care and feel the friendliness.  There are usually a few people sitting in the lobby having a chat with each other so no reason to move in and be lonely.  This building has tennis courts, squash courts, billiard room, reading and party room, indoor pool (very large for those who like to do laps) and if that is not enough you can use the exercise equipment in another area of the building.

Entrance:

The dark stained door to the unit is elegant and opens to the beautiful neutral coloured porcelain tiles that are 12 x 24 inches.  The ceiling has crown moulding with a mirror inset.  There is a double coat closet with series 800 doors and a storage closet for all the extra things.  The quality laminate floors down the hallway are also in the living room, dining room,  third bedroom and den.  They were carefully chosen to match the ceramic floors in the kitchen.

Living and Dining Rooms:

This corner unit offers lots of space and plenty of light from the big windows that face south east.  The owner had custom Hunter Douglas verticals that look like sheers installed so you can redirect the sunlight as it shines in the window.  There are pot lights in the ceiling by the windows to add to the ambience of this room.  The owner has a lovely buffet, matching hutch and dining room table with six chairs and there is still plenty of room for guests at your first dinner party.  Please note that at the time of this listing the owner is willing to sell this set so have a good look at it when looking at the unit.  Large glass sliding doors have been removed where the solarium was and this room is a den or office area.  The opening between the den and third bedroom was redesigned so that French doors could be installed if the new owner wanted privacy.

Kitchen:

The owner took time to pick out the ceramic floors, stone black splash, white curved cabinets, brushed stainless steel handles and lots of drawers.  There is a tray cabinet, toaster oven shelf  and open shelves for displaying cook books or nice dishes.  Enjoy the granite counters and the large deep sink in this renovated kitchen.  The old style Florida lighting was removed and a recessed ceiling put in with crown moulding to separate the eating area from the work area of the kitchen.  First thing in the morning have a cup of coffee overlooking the view as far as Toronto.

 Features in unit 710:

Ensuite laundry is a must in a condo so you don’t have to use the laundry in the building plus the washer and dryer are high end appliances.  All appliances are included in the purchase price PLUS there are TWO parking spots just feet away from each other and they are close to the door to the building.  This area is bright and under security cameras right to the gate house for your added protection and feeling of security.  YES you will need to buy a bundle buggy at some point.  This unit also has a storage unit as well for those once a year items.

City of Brampton info:

If you are not familiar with this wonderful City then you might find this information handy to know.  The main highway goes north and south through the City for easy access to the North end of the City for commuters.  There are three shopping malls known as Bramalea City Centre Mall with underground parking, Trinity Common an outdoor mall with a Silver City movie theatre plus Shoppers World Mall in the south end.  The transit includes the Brampton Transit that meanders through subdivisions, the ZUM bus that goes on major roads every 10 minutes, GO BUS and three GO TRAIN Stations.  We have lots of parks, trails, connecting parks, recreation centres that have both indoor and outdoor programs for families.  There are baseball, hockey, soccer and many other sports played in the City.  We have lots of indoor pools and outdoor wading pools too.  You can enjoy fishing at Heart Lake conservation, enjoy a beach and sand at Professor’s Lake or just take a walk around Loafers lake and enjoy the scenery.  Schools are so plentiful from elementary, middle, secondary, French, Separate and Public plus we have our own Sheridan college and two ARTS schools.

Outside of the City Limits:

You might want to take a short drive to Glen Williams for a day at the Credit River  or visit the artisan shops there or take a stroll through Beaumont Antiques.  If you like hikes then test out the Caledon Trails that is part of the Canada Trail or head further north to Hockley Valley Road to the Korean Trail that is so picturesque.  Little towns can be visited on your day off like Orangeville, Erin, Hockley, Tottenham, Georgetown, or Acton.
