Brampton Homes For Sale by The Wilding Team includes Earnscliffe Circle:
Are you looking for a four bedroom home that is close to schools, transit, shopping, GO Train and much more then have a look at this semi-detached home. The first thing you notice is the extra long driveway…so no matter how many cars you have there is going to be room for them. Well at least four anyway. IF you have more than that you need country living. This landscaped lot has a very private backyard with mature trees, bushes and gardens and a stone patio to enjoy. Although the owners never paved the driveway they had many yards of stone put on it over the years they have owned the property. It is a great base so if you buy this house do not let a paving company remove any…plus you won’t have to pay for more either. Just grade and pave. These owners have raised a large family in this home and are sad to leave it but life changes. Let’s see if we can make this your family home. Call Alison or Debbie for a private showing and then we will see if dreams do come true.
Main Floor:
There is laminate flooring in foyer, and handy two piece washroom plus strip hardwood floors throughout the house (some under broadloom). The living room and dining room is a combination and both are a good size. Lovingly cared for by the owners who have been there over 40 years and raised their family in this home. You will get that “down home” feeling as you enter. The large picture window allows natural light but it is original….all other windows have been replaced with vinyl.
The eat-in kitchen is family size with lots of counter space and cabinets plus there is a door to the back yard patio that give easy access for BBQ’s. All appliances come with this home. Please note there is no dishwasher…unless you want the owner to stay on. Only kidding…but there is a cabinet that could accommodate a built in unit if you want one.
Upper Floor:
If you need a four bedroom house because you have children then you must have a look at this home. All bedrooms can accommodate double beds or two twin beds. One bedroom is being used as a reading room at the moment. The main bathroom has a tub surround that was professionally installed and ceramic floor.
Basement:
The basement has a recreation room with panelling but is very spacious. The owners have a TV area, a desk and work area and a small toy play area too. There is plenty of room in the utility area for the laundry, furnace and workshop. The owner is willing to leave the built in work bench for all those “handyman buyers”. Do your own thing to this space and transform it into a “man cave” or just use it for storing all the kids equipment and bikes etc.
Amenities:
Located within walking distance to the Bramalea City Centre Mall where you can catch a bus to many locations including GO BUS, ZUM Brampton Bus, and even Vaughan transit too. The largest park in Bramalea is Chinquacousy Park at Queen and Bramalea Roads had a wading pool, curling club, greenhouse, soccer fields, track, summer sand volley ball and winter snow hill and ice rink. There is a petting barn, a pond with wildlife, an outdoor theatre for concerts and lots more. The GO TRAIN is located at Bramalea and Steeles Avenue with direct access to Toronto for those commuters. Across the park is Earnscliffe Recreation Centre that was renovated a few years ago and it has lots to offer too. Hockey, tennis, swimming, sports, party rooms and lots of programs both winter and summer.
Schools Etc:
Fallingdale, Earnscliffe Senior Public, Cardinal Newman, Dorset, St. Thomas Acquinas and Bramalea Secondary schools. There are several churches and lots of kid programs such as Girl Guides and Scouts, soccer, lacrosse and lots more.

City of Brampton offers:
As mentioned above this neighbourhood is close to a park that stretches all the way from Bovaird down to the Bramalea City Centre Mall and has walking and bike trails that are lit at night and during the summer are patrolled by very friendly police on bicycles. There are lots of trees and even a stream that meanders through the trees. At one point you can go under the roadway through a walkway that was created so no one had to go across a busy street. We have many types of stores for shopping from the indoor Bramalea City Centre and Shoppers World mall to the outdoor big box stores at Trinity Common with lots of restaurants not to mention Silver City movie theatre. We have five Walmart stores, small businesses and unique diverse restaurants that will delight any taste. There are so many recreation centres that offer all sorts of programs for adults, children and seniors and many of them have swimming pools, soccer and other sports. There is a seniors complex at Flowertown near McLaughlin Road and Queen Street that offers lots of things from Tai-Chi, art, woodworking, crafts and social programs too. There area many day care facilities and plenty of schools that include French Immersion, Art Schools, Sheridan College, private and separate or public. Did you know we even have dirt bike trails, skate boarding locations, lakes that have swimming, fishing and even a beach area too. Ask The Wilding Team about something YOU are interested in and see if we can suggest where you can locate it in the City of Brampton.
