There is a back door to this house that goes  down to the basement or up to the hallway.  The basement does have a room that was partially finished but basements now a days are as nice as the main part of houses so this one needs some work.  The utility part of the basement contains a cold cellar, furnace area, laundry area and plenty of room to make another room if you want.  Keep in mind the basement windows are all above grade so that is a nice feature. The Carrier gas furnace and central air were installed in 2013 and has an air cleaner.
