Welcome to 70 Baycliffe one of the many homes presented by The Wilding Team:

Do you commute to Toronto and take the GO Train then you are in luck. This lovely condo is located in the Mt Pleasant community in the northwest area of the City of Brampton. This neighbourhood was built so that people did not have to have a car and that you could go to the store, library, use the Brampton Transit, enjoy a Farmer’s Market and movie night and “yoga in the park” in the summer months. There is even skating in the winter. You can go out this building turn left then left again and walk to the GO Train entrance. SO EASY.

This building and community is young and full of life with families and it is very diverse. There are many hair and barber shops, variety store, pizza and fast food restaurants and much more.

Entrance:

The front entrance of this building is clean and well kept. There are TWO doors for security to the building and there is a front and back door entrance. The main floor of the building has a Moving Room that you can use to move in and out of the building. There is a spacious elevator and a party room that can be booked for small venues.

Inside Unit:

As you enter this lovely unit there is a ceramic floor in the hall through to the kitchen and past the laundry area. The unit is neutrally painted so you can change it to whatever colours YOU want. The galley kitchen has lovely cabinets, a ceramic backsplash and granite counters. The stainless steel bottom freezer fridge, white stove and white built-in dishwasher are all included. There are two sinks one that is larger and there is a Moen brushed chrome high faucet. Moen guarantees all parts for FREE. Yes I have had to use the service and IT WAS FREE to get the part that was needed. Now THAT is great service. The sink is an undermount with granite counters that extend out to make a breakfast bar.

The Living/Dining Room in this unit is combined with the breakfast bar area BUT the dining area for this family is used as a play area for children. You will see what we mean when you see the unit in person. Both rooms have light laminate floors that are great to maintain and add to the size of this unit.

Call The Wilding Team for a showing.

The Living Room has a large walkout to the balcony. It is a good size and yes you could entertain on it or even enjoy dinner out there while the sun goes down. Off the balcony is a door that houses the Heating/cooling system to this unit. It is NOT a gas furnace as we are use to but and “water heater and air handler” and is very efficient. The cost for this unit is $67.74 per month (tax incl.)

GOOGLED EXPLANATION: The air handler contains a pump, hot water coil, blower fan and, in most systems, an air conditioning coil. As hot water heats up the heating coil, the blower fan sends cold air from your rooms over the hot coil. The air picks up heat from the coil, and the blower fan moves the air out into the duct system, which distributes it to your rooms.

Bedroom & Den/Office/Nursery:

The Primary bedroom has His and Her mirrored closests, broadloom and is a decent size. The extra room that was called a Den in the builders plan is presently used as a nursery but you could use it as a home office. This room has laminate floors.

Thanks for looking at the pictures…NOW do you want an appointment? Please call your agent but if you don’t have one call us. The Wilding Team would love to help you be a home owner.

City of Brampton:

There are many parks in this city and some have lakes and ponds, trails, zip lines, wading pools, skating rinks, ramped areas for skateboarders, playgrounds and lots more. The largest Park is Heart Lake Conservation and yes the lake is heart shaped. You can canoe, fish, zip line, hike, bike and picnic. There is Chinguacousy Park and Gage Park that has an outdoor winter skating rink and entertainment in the summer months.

We have a great Parks and Recreation programs with many locations…to many for us to list here so you have to check out this link…BUT come back to us ok?

TRANSIT: We have THREE GO Train stations, a GO BUS, Brampton Transit, ZUM, connects with Vaughan and Mississauga transit. There is the Hwy 410 going north and south or take the many roads if there is a traffic jam.

ENTERTAINMENT: Brampton has a lot of diversity and that means lots of venues from food (Mexican, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian, Korean, Japanese, Italian and of course all the Chain Restaurants too) plus we have performers that grace the outdoor and indoor stage at the Rose Theatre. Singers, dancers, actors, musicians and comedians….all have performed in our City. Become a Season Ticket holder at The Rose Theatre

Outside of Brampton:

You can travel minutes out of Brampton an enjoy the Badlands, the Caledon Trail that is part of the Canada Trail, there is a quaint village called Glen Williams that is on the Credit River. You can even float down the river on an inner tube or go fishing. Take a trip to Erin for the day or head to Orangeville to the lake or main street. This summer they had lots of musicians, Classic Car show on the main street and food kiosks too.
