Welcome to Meadow Bush Court one of Brampton Homes For Sale by The Wilding Team:
This wonderful home is owned by past clients of The Wilding Team and they are on the move once again. A home located on a court when you have children is always a plus and that is why they bought it years ago. There is a great park at the end of the court along with a trail through a wooded area. Nice for walks after dinner. This home has parking for four cars and a fenced yard for those furry family members.
Main Floor:
Enjoy the front porch enclosure on this home when your guests arrive. They will enter and see a unique high end tiled floor and then French doors lead you to the living room. This room is combined with the dining room so a table can be made bigger for those family parties. There is hardwood floors in both rooms.
The family size kitchen has wood cabinets, lovely work area, and lots of extra side cabinets with glass inserts in a few doors. The eating area of this kitchen is surrounded by windows so is so bright you don’t even need a light. There is a walkout from this area to a concrete patio that is large. Owners had a BBQ gas hookup installed too for convenience.
Main floor laundry room just off the kitchen also has a door to the back yard. Great for the kids to come in with their dirty shoes and boots in winter. Off this room is the main floor family room with fireplace BUT this family is using it for a main floor bedroom to help with a family member. It is a good size for a family to gather and watch a movie. There is a two piece washroom off the hallway as well.
Second Floor:
Four bedrooms are all a good size. The owner is using one as a home office during Covid and YOU can decide what you want to do with FOUR rooms. The master bedroom has a four piece ensuite bath that is nice for parents and closet organizers. The main bath was extensively renovated and you will love it. There is an added feature in the hallway upstairs and that is more storage. Every family needs that.
BASEMENT:
This basement is great with grey laminate floors in the recreation room, the hallway and into the bedroom. The owner is leaving the wall to wall IKEA wardrobe system. WOW you will love this fabulous bathroom…something you would see in a luxury home. Very stylish…have a look. There is a cabinet area in the recreation room too with a refrigerator for easy drinks. Plenty of storage off the recreation room where the furnace is located but lots of space for a family with hockey equipment, bikes, life jackets, skate boards and more.
Extras:
Lots of pot lights throughout this home and quality lights fixtures. The upper hall lights are modern ceiling fan/light AND guess what? They work by remote. The furnace, central air, and roof were all replaced.
