Welcome to one of Brampton Homes For Sale by The Wilding Team:

This is a great buy for an end unit condo townhouse that is centrally located in Bramalea. There are many schools, parks and transit is very close. Shopping is nearby for groceries and restaurants. As you approach this home you will notice the brick construction, parking for one car in the driveway and then one in the garage. Visitor parking is steps away from this unit.

Main Floor:

There a ceramic floors at the front entrance and then broadloom as you walk up the stairs to the main floor. The coat closet has mirrored doors so you can check to see how great you look before going out the door. There is a two piece washroom in the hallway that is a good size and it has ceramic floors and ceramics part way up walls which makes it easy to clean. WE love to clean don’t we….NO!

LIVING ROOM & DINING ROOM: This is a good size room with a large front window that overlooks the front porch so you can see who is coming to visit you once you buy this townhouse. There is a light coloured broadloom in these two rooms as well as the hallway and stairs and it continues through to the second story and bedrooms. No need to buy drapes there are verticals in both the living room and the kitchen.

OK have we peeked your interest in this townhouse?
Call THE WILDING TEAM to discuss or book an appointment.

NOTE: There is a corner gas fireplace and the present owner has not used it. The new BUYER must install an electric fireplace OR get permission from the Condo Corporation to have a Gas fireplace in the unit.

KITCHEN: Wow for a townhouse this is a great size kitchen with lots of counter space and cupboards for storage. Done with white cabinets, white tiles in the backsplash, black trim on the cabinets and a darker counter it is very impressive. Not high end like in new builds but it is clean and well maintained plus the brushed chrome modern handles look great. All appliances are included and there is a built-in GE Microwave.

There is a cute desk area where you could have little ones do their homework while you are getting dinner ready OR use it for serving OR a bar area for your next party. A nice feature in this kitchen is the Pass Through opening to the dining room. It is very handy and nicely done.

Do you want to see it NOW that you have read this and looked at the pictures?
Call THE WILDING TEAM.

The eating area of this kitchen is a good size and there is a sliding walk out to the fence back yard. Verticals are staying with the house

Upper floor:

This townhouse has two GREAT SIZE bedrooms that will accommodate Queens size beds easily. The third bedroom is presently used as a den but it is a bedroom with closet.

Basement:

The basement is on the same level as the garage. There is an entrance from garage in to the hallway and that whole area together with the rec room is private and could be a great teenagers retreat because there is a door to separate it from the front hall and upper floors. The laundry room is in the hallway behind three large sliding doors and someone was thinking when they installed a laundry tub too.

Neighbourhood:

This is a great family oriented neighbourhood with many schools within walking distance and transit just outside this complex. There are several parks for kids to enjoy or walk a dog plus if you wanted to you could walk all the way down to Chinguacousy Park and there is lots to do there. That park has splash pad in summer, jungle gyms, track to run plus outdoor exercise equipment along the way. There is a SAND Volley Ball set up and an outdoor skating rink. There is a snow hill for tubing or learn to ski…eventually you will want a larger hill. There is a petting farm, water features, geese to feed, and even a tropical garden for wedding pictures. Have a look at the link to the park below BUT COME BACK to us.

Brampton is such a “family city” and has several parks that include Professor’s Lake with a beach and fishing and a recreation centre that rents out a room for parties, then there is the largest lake and that is HEART Lake. It has fishing, zip line lots of hiking trails even through the wooded areas. You can go to a different park or playground every week in the City. There are plenty of Recreation Centres that have soccer, basketball, hockey arenas, swimming pools, lessons, exercise classes and much more. Here is the link to the Parks and Rec. BUT PLEASE COME BACK TO US.

This is a great trail to hike and not too strenuous. You can also visit the Caledon Badlands if you are up that way.

https://cvc.ca/discover-our-parks/the-cheltenham-badlands/ IT is temporarily closed due to Covid restrictions.

You can visit Glen Williams just outside of Georgetown where they have artisan workshops and stores. Glass blowing, ceramics, wool products, artists, etc or you can visit Beaumount Mill Antiques & Collectibles. Our kids loved to go there to see what treasures they could find. There is a lot of stuff there from toys, glass, furniture, clothing, art, collectables like stamps, music, books…YOU name it and it is there somewhere.
