Find where you belong in the City of Brampton…

Vales of Castlemore

  • High-end, multicultural suburban living
  • Executive-style homes ideally-suited for large families
  • Close to many cultural venues and temples.
  • Home to the Castlemore Golf and County Club, with an 18-hole course and licensed facilities. 
  • Contains the Claireville Conservation area.
  • It also has a hockey arena, a swimming pool, a library and plenty of green space.

Peel Village

  • Close to the recently-expanded Shopper’s World indoor shopping mall with a new public transit hub
  • A municipal 9-hole golf course with licensed facilities
  • Home to Peel Village park
  • Etobicoke Creek with walking trails.
  • Established older homes, many of which have been renovated
  • Mere minutes to the Powerade Sports Centre
  • Close the the 410 highway, Bramptonian’s gateway to everywhere else.

 

Fletcher’s Meadow

  • Primarily semi- and fully-detached houses
  • Home to the renowned Cassie Campbell rec centre, a 165,000-square foot facility that hosts TWO ice rinks (with a combined viewing area of 850 seats), tennis courts, basketball courts, splash pads, skate park, THREE outdoor soccer fields (two of which could be easily converted to cricket pitches), a community police station, several meeting rooms, indoor running track, fitness centre, a SIX-lane swimming pool, aerobic studio and MORE.

 

Old Brampton (Downtown)

  • Home to the original “four corners” areas, as it used to have four banks—one on each corner.
  • The downtown core has been entirely renovated to include the well-known Rose Theatre and City Hall. It also has Gage Park, with outdoor winding skating rinks and year-round events. It is also home to an arts museum.
  • The historic centre of Brampton
  • In the summer Old Brampton is home to the Farmer’s Market
  • An amazing area to walk around in with its placarded historic homes.

 

Bramalea South

  • Proudly boasts of the Bramalea City Centre, the largest mall in Brampton—which has been recently renovated and modernized. Has over a MILLION square feet of shopping
  • There is also a GO station and a public transportation hubs
  • Has the Region of Peel building, the Pearson library, Lester B. Pearson theatre.
  • Everything from condo apartments up to large family homes and contains the highest amount of apartment condos and rental apartments in Brampton and one of the largest townhouse areas
  • A mature area with plenty of trees, walking trails, bike paths and all schools are within walking distance.
  • Two rec centres, Balmoral and Earnscliffe, which just underwent a huge renovation!
  • Several French immersion schools
  • Plenty of baseball and softball leagues and fields.
  • Easy access to Toronto as Bramalea is close to Airport Road, the 410, the 427 and 407.

 

Bramalea North and Professor’s Lake

  • Including:Professor’s Lake and Bramalea Woods and popular “M” section
  • Professor’s Lake with its beach, waterslide, fishing (it is a stocked lake), canoes, rec centre, lakeside walking trail.
  • Chinguacousy park with its ski hill, animal farm, annual events, skate park, beach volleyball courts, greenhouse, curling, a water park for young children, and oh so much more. 
  • Both Bramalea North and South are both within a few minutes drive to big-box stores, including Walmart, Home Depot, Canadian Tire.
  • St Thomas Aquinas arts school
  • The famous ‘Chrysler Plant’
  • Everything from condo apartments up to large family homes
  • Home to Brampton’s all-French school, Ste Jeanne-D’Arc.

 

Springdale

  • A multicultural neighbourhood popular with newcomers
  • A plethora of mosques and the stunning Toronto, Ontario Temple of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon).
  • Originally created as a unique marketing concept in Brampton where several builders camped out in one display building to create a mixed community of developments, including freehold townhouses, smaller detached homes up to large, detached family homes.
  • Home to the new William Osler Brampton Civic Hospital and the stunning Wellspring Chinguacousy cancer-support centre 
  • Home to the Brampton Soccer Centre.

 

Brampton West

  • Roughly, Bovaird to Williams Parkway/Vodden and Highway 10 (aka Main…aka Hurontario) to Chinguacousy.
  • Walmart plaza, with Fortinos, HSBC, Scotia Bank, Chapters, dollar store, second cup, Kelsey’s, Pizza Pizza.
  • Across from Walmart plaza there is another plaza with The Keg, a passport office, RONA, restaurants, and more.
  • Contains a RE/MAX office (main street office), No Frills, Giant Tiger, Goodlife, MARCA beauty college, beer store, restaurants
  • 24-hour animal hospital (highway 10 and Williams Parkway)
  • An affordable neighbourhood with everything from condo and freehold townhouses up to large family homes
  • Flowertown is also within Brampton West, which is one of the oldest subdivisions in Brampton (second to downtown/old Brampton)–originally noted for its greenhouses. Brampton has had an international reputation as The flower town of Canada, originally filled with glass greenhouses that included over 48 nurseries.
  • It has a huge amount of bicycle trails and many facilities for both soccer and baseball.

 

Snelgrove/Valleywood

  • Valleywood lies on the Brampton/Caledon border
  • secluded community, no through traffic as there is only one way in and out, making it a unique community in Brampton—with their own association and fire department.

  • Close to prestigious, private Christian school, Brampton Christian School.

 

Heart Lake

  • A young-family oriented due to extensive walking and bike trails in the conservation area
  • Nature at your doorstep as almost every street has access to one of the parks or the heart lake conservation area with acres of parkland that includes boating, fishing, playground,
  • Easy access using the 410 highway
  • In the centre of Heart Lake there is a local plaza (with a RE/MAX office!), Sandalwood Plaza, which has an LCBO, Beer Store, Dollarama, Metro, Shopper’s Drugmart, Tim Horton’s, McDonald’s, Pizza Pizza, convenience store, flower shop, Peek a Boo childcare centre and more
