Welcome to the Crown West Condo building presented by The Wilding Team:

Brampton Homes For Sale by The Wilding Team can also include condos and this unit is one of the most prestigious buildings in Brampton, a building that many people wait to get in to as they don’t come on the market often.  The building has a security gate house and wonderful staff who keep the grounds and building beautifully maintained all year round.  At the present moment the flower gardens are lovely and the Garden Committee can be proud of their achievements.  The lobby is modern and spacious and a nice area to sit for a chat with others from the building or to greet your guests.  Three elevators (one for service) is also a handy feature for a building this size as there is less wait time when you come or go to your unit.  There is underground parking that is well lit so you will feel safe when parking your car.

Unit Information:

The Wilding Team is extremely happy to help this couple as they follow their dreams as they were clients when they bought this unit and started their lives together.  This is a gorgeous unit and you won’t be disappointed.  A large foyer greets you with white ceramics, mirrored closet doors and all the other doors are the Series 800 style.  The owners took the time to have the unit professionally painted in neutral colours recently…it looks great.  There is 1456 square feet of space in this three bedroom unit and it shows well so you won’t have anything to do but move in. It has two underground parking spots and a storage locker plus ensuite laundry with side by side washer and dryer for easy access.

Living, Dining and Solarium:

The living room and dining room are L-shaped but with plenty of room for even the largest furniture taste.  Darker beige broadloom in these two rooms makes this a very comfortable environment to come home to each day.  The solarium has laminate floors and all three walls have glass windows that overlook the north west and Caledon Hills in the distance plus the night life of Brampton.  One window has glass shelves that might work for those plant lovers and it overlooks the recessed balcony.

Kitchen

Wow this is a great renovated kitchen with Birch cabinets accented with a glass tile backsplash and lots of storage. This kitchen was well planned out and contains seven drawers plus a large floor to ceiling pantry with easy glide pull out shelves.  There are extra smaller shelves at the end of the cabinetry for little accent things you like.  Beautiful laminate floors through to the solarium add to the decor of this unit.  You can enjoy breakfast lunch or even dinner on the recessed balcony with a view of Caledon Hills and sunsets in the evening.  If it is raining or too cool then you can eat in the solarium and still enjoy the view.

Bedrooms:

This unit has three spacious bedrooms and the master has a full washroom with separate two person shower and mirrored walls for added light.  There is a walk in closet in the master but all the bedrooms have floor to ceiling closets.  Please note the third bedroom is presently used as an office and the closet doors were removed.  This third bedroom is beside the living room and has the hallway entrance but also a second set of double doors directly to the living room.  The present owner does not use them however.

Features of the Building:

Security gate house so all guests are announced and they patrol the building also, undergrounds well lit parking garage, outdoor pool, landscaped grounds that are well maintained, tennis court, gazebo for added shelter, exercise room, sauna, hot tub, shuffle board outdoors, games room and a great social aspect that includes a gardening committee and social club.

Please note that this building has passed a by law that stipulates no smoking and no cannabis and no growing cannabis in the building or on the property.  There are a few people that have been grandfathered and are allowed until those units are sold to new owners.  This building is very well run by the property manager and the Condo Board members and there is a very healthy reserve fund.  This is a pet friendly building with restrictions that can be found in the Status Certificate when ordered for the potential buyer

PROJECT UNDERWAY:  In September the elevators are going to be replaced starting with the service elevator so this means moving in to the building after September 21st will be a bit more challenging as the regular elevator will only be utilized.

City of Brampton:

For those of you not from Brampton let us share a few of the things we have to offer in our city like Gage Park with a winter outdoor meandering skating rink, a splash pool in the summer, farmers market on Saturday mornings and musical and performing arts events at Rose Square.  There is the Rose Theatre with popular and famous performers all year round to enjoy.  You can swim, skate, exercise, play tennis, soccer, beach volleyball, attend a sandy beach and lots more at the many Recreation Centres around the city.  You can take a hike through Heart Lake Conservation or try a zip line if you dare or relax and go fishing.  We have skate board parks, dirt bike trails, lots of walking trails that connect and some that don’t.  Chinguacousy Park has events throughout the summer too but they have a petting barn, ski hill, curling club, outdoor track events, picnic areas, flower gardens and much more.

We are such a diverse city that we have every kind of restaurant you can imagine from Greek, Italian, Sushi bars, Indian cuisine just to mention a few plus the old stand by chain restaurants like Kelsey’s, KC, East Side Marios, Swiss Chalet…and the list goes on.  There is shopping all over the city but the three big centres are Trininty Common with outdoors stores in the north end and Shoppers World in the South end and then Bramalea City Centre Mall that is open all year round because it is designated a tourist location.  WE have lots of things that are close by Brampton too.  Glen Williams in Georgetown has and Antique Barn and artisan shops that you can watch glass blowers, pottery, weaving etc being done right there.  You can take a tour of the Caledon Trails with is part of the larger Canada Trail, or go see the Badlands on an outing.  WE have a small airport that has a restaurant you an watch the small aircraft while you eat or sign up for flying lessons.
