City of Brampton has lots to offer families moving here:

Just in the neighbourhood of this townhouse complex is a small plaza for shopping, the Earnscliffe Recreation Centre that has ice skating, hockey swimming, exercise classes, party room, lessons for lots of things but you will have to look at the Parks and Rec site for the City of Brampton to get times and dates.

Schools:

There are lost os schools both pubic and separate elementary plus there is senior public at Earnscliffe Senior Public…all are within walking distance. Tall Pine School is at Torbram if you want private schools. The two high schools are Bramalea Secondary and St. Thomas Aquinas and for teenagers it is withing walking distance.

Lakes & Parks in Brampton:

We have lots of lakes in Brampton too. Professor’s Lake with a beach, Heart Lake with a zip line, Loafer’s Lake and Parr Lake with fish, Eldorado Park has the Credit River that has fishing too. A really fun thing on the Credit River is to go tubing in the summer. You have to head out to Norval area to do that however.

We have Chinguacousy Park that has snow tubing, skiing, skating, water fun in the summer, playground, picnic areas, petting barn, greenhouse and even beach volleyboll in the summer. There are many soccer fields and centres and tons of sports for kids to join all summer and winter from baseball, basketball, hockey, lacrosse etc.

We have Three GO TRAIN stations in Brampton with the closest being at Steeles and Bramalea Road for those who commute to Toronto for work or if you are going for a Toronto night out.

Transit:

TRANSIT is Brampton is GO Train and bus, ZUM bus, Brampton Transit that connects to Vaughan, Mississauga, Malton but if you drive you will be glad to hear that the 427 was extended to north of Hwy 7 just a month ago. Easy access to 410, 401, 403 and ETR 407.

You don’t have to leave Brampton to enjoy unique dining.
