Welcome to Borden Hill another or our Brampton Homes For Sale by The Wilding Team:

This is a fully detached home that is located on a court so that is great for families as there is very little traffic. Where can you find a detached home in Brampton for this price? The driveway will hold two cars plus you have a single car garage although these days most people don’t park their cars inside them.

Main Floor:

There is a sitting area at the front of the house near the large front window. As you enter this house you will see the kitchen is at the front of the house and this large window is the eating area although the owners have it as a relaxing coffee area. Ceramic floors in entrance and a white tiled backsplash with white cabinets might be your taste….you will have to see it to decide.

This home has a good size living and dining room with a walkout to a raised deck. There is a large picture window in the living room that overlooks the back yard. This room has laminate floors but still needs some TLC.

Upper level:

There are three spacious bedrooms but you will need to remove the broadloom…maybe put in laminate floors. That would look nice. The master bedroomhas a double door entrance and has a semi-ensuite entrance to the main bathroom.

Basement:

This room is a bit dated with panelling and stucco walls but you can do your thing to decorate it once you buy this home. There is a stone feature with black stove for fireplace.

Back yard:

This is not huge back yard but it still has a raised deck with seating and yard and even an above ground pool.

Please note that there is an OFFER DATE on this home.

City of Brampton offers so much:

Bramalea has several parks for bike riding or walking trails plus there are a few City of Brampton recreation centres that offer swimming, hockey, tennis, hobbies, sports and there are several schools in the vicinity too including a Montessori School also. Shopping is close by with the Bramalea City Centre or you can go to Shoppers World or Trinity Common. There are plenty of transit services: GO bus, Brampton Bus, ZUM bus, connects with Vaughan and Mississauga…not to mention the THREE GO train stations in Brampton. One close by just south on Bramalea Road and Steeles Ave.

We have lot of Lakes: Professor’s Lake, Heart Lake, Loafer’s Lake, Parr Lake and they include things like fishing, swimming, sandy beach, zip lining and hiking or just enjoying the wildlife. There are trails to walk to those lakes all over Brampton. Lots of nature right in the city.

We have skate board parks, dirt bike sites, museum, outdoor movies in Downtown Brampton as well as concerts and entertainment. We have a ski hill in winter, beach volleyball in summer, gardens galore around town and Gage Park to mention one of the many all over the City. We have large sports centres for Soccer and other field sports.

Dining is the City of Brampton is awesome. We have every nationality living here and they bring all their culinary experience. You can have the franchise type restaurants or have a new venture buy trying East Indian, Mexican, Vietnamese, Japanese, Italian and so many more we can’t name them all.

MINUTES out of the City of Brampton:

Wow there is so much that is minutes away. You can hike part of the Canada Trail all across the top of Brampton in Caledon, or go fishing in the Credit River or float down the river on an inner tube. You can visit Glen Williams for a picnic on the Credit River or enjoy the artisan shops that have glass blowing, pottery, quilting and lots of unique places that include the Beaumont Antique Barn that has lots of old stuff to browse through.

You can visit the BADLANDS or take a drive through Terra Cotta with the winding roads. We are not too far away from other small towns with restaurants, tourist attractions and quaint shops. You can head to Rockwood Conservation and hike through the caves or swim in the lake or stare into the big craters that so many stories have been told sitting around. BRAMPTON is the City that has it all. IF you have never been here please as THE WILDING TEAM about it.
