Brampton Homes For Sale by The Wilding Team offers 38 Bromley Crescent:
Families want great neighbourhoods to raise their children and this couple have done that already. This detached three bedroom home has nice curb appeal with mature trees and landscaping. The driveway can accommodate three cars plus there is a single garage…although how many people actually park in the garage. You can enjoy the front porch and just relax after a long day.
The front door has been upgraded as well as the living room window. Both side panels are casement windows. A spacious foyer has space for a bench and the coat closet is right there. Laminate floors from the hall through to the kitchen really look nice and are durable for that growing family. There is lots of natural light from the kitchen skylight but if that is not enough there is track lighting too. Imagine a renovated kitchen with lots of storage, spice rack and pantry just waiting for you to cook in. The owners chose a wood cabinet, extra corner cabinet that gives you more counter space plus there are even pot drawers and a spice cabinet too. They love the quiet close drawers the Moen faucet (that comes with a lifetime guarantee too). Originally there was a kitchen window that overlooked an area behind the garage BUT now there is a full season room with two walls of windows. Glass sliding doors take you to the interlock patio and the in-ground pool.
Just a few steps up from the dining room to the three bedrooms and main bathroom. White fixtures, ceramic floors and a large mirror with plenty of counter for everyone in the family. The master and second bedroom are almost the same size and both overlook the back yard. Brand new broadloom was installed in the master bedroom for your comfort. The third bedroom is presently used as a home office but you can change it if you want.
This room is actually L-shaped but in the MLS listing we divided it into TWO sections. The recreation room has a corner fireplace and brick façade with a lovely wood mantel. This room is very cozy in the winter months. At the far end of this room is the other section and this area could be divided off to make another bedroom. There are three above ground windows so if this room was divided they would both have windows. Off the recreation room is another room that leads to the utility area (furnace 2012, laundry room, freezer area) BUT it is leads to a full four piece washroom. The tub has jets too….so you can hide away and enjoy your quiet time.
The back yard slopes towards the back which is perfect for the pool which was an above ground but now is built in…You have to see it for yourself. Great planning. The pool liner was replaced in 2012 so you have a few more years left on it. Please note that this pool is 4.5 feet deep and does not have a deep end. Behind the privacy fence by the pool is the lower area that has a shed with pool filter and equipment. There are two other sheds on the property…one near the pool and a third one hidden at the side of the house. It is smaller but houses bikes easily for kids to get out and go for a bike ride on the many trails in the area. Beside the garage is an area large enough to store the new garbage and recycle bins, plus any extra stuff you have.
Close to shopping at the Bramalea City Centre Mall and easy to get to the highways 407, 427 and 410 plus the GO Train station is located at Bramalea Road and Steeles Avenue . The GO BUS, ZUM BUS, Brampton Transit is close by as well. Several parks and they connect up to Chinguacousy Park by trails that are lit at night and patrolled in summer by police on bikes. Many churches and temples in the area as well plus the schools are Cardinal Newman, Eastbourne Drive, (Balmoral & Dorset Drive are both French Immersion), Earnscliffe Senior, Bramalea Secondary, Holy Name of Mary Secondary, St Thomas Aquinas Secondary….sorry but you have to check these out for yourself to see what suits your family.
City of Brampton offers:
As mentioned above this neighbourhood is close to a park that stretches all the way from Bovaird down to the Bramalea City Centre Mall and has walking and bike trails that are lit at night and during the summer are patrolled by very friendly police on bicycles. There are lots of trees and even a stream that meanders through the trees. At one point you can go under the roadway through a walkway that was created so no one had to go across a busy street. We have many types of stores for shopping from the indoor Bramalea City Centre and Shoppers World mall to the outdoor big box stores at Trinity Common with lots of restaurants not to mention Silver City movie theatre. We have five Walmart stores, small businesses and unique diverse restaurants that will delight any taste. There are so many recreation centres that offer all sorts of programs for adults, children and seniors and many of them have swimming pools, soccer and other sports. There is a seniors complex at Flowertown near McLaughlin Road and Queen Street that offers lots of things from Tai-Chi, art, woodworking, crafts and social programs too. There area many day care facilities and plenty of schools that include French Immersion, Art Schools, Sheridan College, private and separate or public. Did you know we even have dirt bike trails, skate boarding locations, lakes that have swimming, fishing and even a beach area too.
