Most buyers start looking for a home on the internet using www.Realtor.ca.  This site is the most reliable because ONCE a home is SOLD it comes off the site.  There are a couple of other sites that are faster to send you a listing one of them is www.homefinder.ca but they are not fast at removing their listings…so you might think something is still listed for you to view and it is SOLD.  

“Sold” and “sold conditionally” are two different things.  The first one means it is SOLD FIRM and can not be bought or viewed by you….the second one means that the Buyer has conditions to fulfill such as financing, approving the home inspection, Status Certificate if a condo apartment or condo townhouse and sometimes there are other conditions.
